Are you freakin' kidding me?
Did the POTUS just say, as Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu was on his flight to DC for talks, that the official policy of the United States is the same as Hamas, the Arab League, and Nobel loreate Yasser Arafat?
Yes, he did.
And PM Netanyahu minced no words for this nonsense, saying that the President can shove it, because Israel will never tie it's own noose.
As the Fox News headline puts it, "On Arab-Israeli Conflict Obama Manages To Infuriate Almost Everyone". (see below link)
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2011/05/20/arab-israeli-conflict-obama-manages-infuriate/
So what are to make of the President saying that Israel must, once again, give up parts of it's body to appease blood-thirsty murderers who teach their children to kill Israelis? I see it as one of two possibilities:
1) Obama is, true to his mentors' teachings, for the terrorists and against Israel. It would hardly be a surprise, considering the rapid anti-Jewish teachings of Jeremiah Wright, the Muslim schools he attended in Indonesia, and all the friends he's tried to make with Iran, Syria, the Muslim Brotherhood, et al. This becomes a moment where the emperor sheds his clothes, and admits to the world he wants to see a second Holocaust, in the Jewish homeland, the place Britain gave them so they could be safe. Or,
2) He's an idiot. I'm willing to believe most of Europe falls into this category, because, with the exception of Germany, most European populations still don't like the Jews. European leaders consistently come down on the terrorist side in the Israeli-Islamic conflict, and readily condemn the Israeli's for sensible self-defense measures, and never utter a protest when a Muslim commits the greatest inhumanities against Israel. But this kind of idiocy is dangerous, because it lacks the understanding that the idiot is next in line.
While I think Obama is an idiot for why he does what he does, I believe that this serial liar is doing these things on purpose. So the United States is led on the world stage by a man who calls for the overthrow of our allies, encourages Muslim terrorism, is out to ruin the American economy, and has now openly sided against the Jews and stands with Hamas, Fatah, and al-Qaeda.
Please, if you're reading this and you voted for him the first time, don't do so again. The blood of the next genocide of the Jews will be on your hands.

What Part of "Illegal" Do People Not Understand?
Something that has irked me for a long time concerning illegal immigration is that illegal immigrants are criminals. The very fact that they're here is an affront to our laws and national security. How can people make this more complicated than this?
Look, if somebody breaks into your house, starts taking your stuff, eating your food, and complaining that you don't have any churros, do you want to let them keep doing it? You don't know where they came from, nor do you know what they want to do now that they picked your lock and helped themselves in. Oh, and don't forget, THERE'S A TRESPASSER IN YOUR HOUSE, RUINING YOUR STUFF.
"But Stephen, these people are hard-working, honest folks who just want to make a living!"
Good, they're citizens of Mexico, let them earn a living there.
"But Stephen, things are horrible in Mexico! Tens of thousands of people have died in the drug wars there in just the past couple of years!"
Here's an idea: instead of dragging their hellscape of misery and death north of the border with them, how about they fix their own country? I know, I know, it's insane to think people are responsible for their own lives and the fates of their communities, but we got out own problems to deal with.
Did I mention, IT'S ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO BE HERE?!
I also adore the constituency that advocates for lax law-enforcement and more tax-payer funded benefits for people who aren't even supposed to be here. I adore the oblivious, self-righteous, indignant whores who say I'm a bad person for wanting people whose first act in coming to America is to blame the law, and then get mad at me that I don't want my income being stolen to pay for them to sit on their asses and suck on the government tit.
What am I missing?

And Now For An Impassioned Rant, Concerning Why America F-ing Rules
Now this one goes out to America, the land of the free and home of the brave for only in such a place can people of all nations collide and true your people look to like the Egyptians looked to Ra, Horus, Isis, Anubis, Seth, Hathor, Amun, and Geb it is still one of the places God had found a way to bless with the some of the most majestic looking places on earth. For only in this country can Men not be found guilty on the ramblings of a mad man, and suspicions alone. Yes in America the presumed status is that of innocent placing burden of truth on the government. True it makes it hard for real justice to be served none the less its better than a place like Russia where billions of dollars can’t even buy you a trial. Yes I would like thank the US of A for being a constant pest in the butt to the free peoples of China, N. Korea, Columbia, Cuba, Venezuela, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, The UAB, Libya, Qatar, Mexico, Syria, Lebanon, Middle Earth, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Yemen, Oman, and all of the break away Russian Republics. Yes just to spite your enemies around the world you pretend to be friends with those hardline socialists governments in Canada, England, France, Germany, and Portugal to name a few. In truth you are waiting in the darkness to strike like a cobra at your true foes, the Greeks, Romans, and the citizens of Madagascar for they are inherently evil beings. While it is true we still use the death penalty only in America is it also true that the Supreme Court has upheld the rights of a suspected murderer to murder those coming to place him under false arrest. Only in America can you move about freely from one city to the next one and find they have different laws that nobody seems to follow. I know its rough that in America we let women drive unlike other Middle Eastern countries we just assume that their lack of Male Genitalia has nothing to do with their sense of direction or ability to place a foot down on a pedal or two or three. While it is true our kids are often under nourished we don’t force them to enlist in an army to get fed UN rice. I must give credit where credit is due had it not been for a bunch of slave owning treasonous drunks who didn’t like paying taxes we would probably still be colony and while our revolution helped to bring down an empire it was the French and Russian revolutions that taught the world how to bring down a Monarchy and all those that supported the Monarchs. While we have fought a few wars inside of our own borders, it has been a while since the our army has opened fire upon our own citizens. While its been a few years since a Vice President has been challenged to a duel over his own personal political views at least we don’t regularly kill the next in line to remind the next in line who is in the front of the line. Yet still it is a rare a sight to see citizens dragged out of their homes beaten and raped for hold hands with male not in her own family at the age of 9. Oh wait my bad, that example isn’t fair because while she is a citizen, she is still property of her father. Upon reaching the age of 12 she can be sold to a gentleman as a wife and the she is his property where upon the age of 16 he can legal throw her on the streets without a dime because she no longer pleases him in the marital bedroom. Like I said thats just a bad example perhaps we can look at another country to show us the way how about China. Nope that one won’t work either because there if she has already had a child she is forced to have an abortion or allow a local party official to determine her fate which requires a bribe or sexual favors. Thats also not the worst thing that could happen if you and your wife were to get pregnant and then apply for the special birth permit, both would be either spayed or neutered after said abortion and wait I forgot thats if your lucky enough not be executed by the state. While it might be in America they force you to get some sort of basic education that allows for most of it’s citizens to be well functionally illiterate, I mean its not like China or India where according to the test results from universities the children are better educated. Did anybody else stop ask how the kids have time to study when they are working legally at any age for less than the price of a doughnut in most countries? Could it be that the only children who are afforded the opportunity to learn how to read and write, I mean its not like they give a test to every 10 year old in their countries to test their reading levels. What would happen if we only gave the surveys of college graduates to determine the literacy rate in America? At least people in America don’t up and decide to protest high gas taxes by blowing up gas stations. Or every time the government runs out of Money start printing ¥100 counterfeit bills or just whenever we want our money to be worth more start selling counterfeit $100 to other countries to lower the value of the dollar. I’m mean that would have to be in a country run buy gangsters or a short dictator with a stable sex slaves. Yes America may be full of capitalists with no regard for human life, I mean its not like we continue to sell poisoned toys, lead paint, toxic drywall, contaminated baby formula, toothpaste with anti-freeze, poisoned dog food, tainted seafood, or prescription drugs with added chemicals. Just out of curiosity where do those products go when American and European Governments inform the uneducated Chinese government that the products are bad. I get the strange feeling they still get sold or are used as tax right offs in other countries. Now everybody would like to blame America for these problems, me I funny about this type of thing I don’t really blame the government but more the ideology of its people that decided for quantity over quality. Then I like to blame the people who manipulated the media and government officials to influence the poor people to buy the products. This is not to place the blame on rich and poor people, and the blame is not on the uneducated people or educated people. The blame is completely upon the people who buy the products thinking if its cheaper it must be better and the people who can’t see the difference in whether they buy American or buy Walmart. Thats right the people who are really to blame are the consumers from the corporations who opt to sell products that they buy things from countries where people still die from the Plague. Think about that the next time you go grocery shopping do you really want to buy lettuce from Mexico do you have any idea what kind of pesticides the growers use or faith in that government that randomly had prison guards staging prison breaks. Do you really trust that many people? I sure as hell don’t. Think for a minute or two every time you pick a product up ask yourself I your sure about eating that or clothing from any store. America is the greatest country on earth therefore everybody is out to get us. To quote the Nature Boy Ric Flair “To be the Man, You have to Beat the Man”. Yeah I fight the MAN at every turn the real question is why aren’t you? Who’s side are you on? AT the END of the DAY you know DAMN WELL I’m right. But who am I ? Yeah thats right just a guy that when he looks at the world and see’s it for what it is wants a Cold Beer and Joint. I’m American by birth, but Tennessean by the grace of G0D.

Thoughts on the Bush Presidency
So I finished "Decision Points", by George Bush, and I have four things to say:
1) I proudly served him, because I thought he gave a damn, and I agreed with 75% of the things he did.
2) The 25% I didn't agree with was because he was an activist, and he followed the "compassionate conservative" model. So he wound up doing a lot of things, like TARP and Medicare Part D, that it really wasn't the fed's job to do, but he wanted to help people. My problem with that is, that he's helping with other people's money: once you start doing that, why stop?
3) The hysterical accusations people lobbed at him for trampling on the Constitution, being secretive, launching wars for oil, etc were pretty much all loads of crap. But Obama IS actually doing these things, supportable by his statements and real evidence, and he gets none of the blame from the mainstream press.
Which reminds me, the reason newspapers are going to Hell numbers-wise isn't because people don't like newspapers, it's because most of them have no credibility, after proving themselves to be nothing more than Left-wing shills. The Wall Street Journal, on the other hand, covers both major political persuasions and does actual investigatory work, and their numbers keep going up. Who'd have thought: if you want people to view you as a trust-worthy news source, you can't get caught lying to your customers over and over!!!
4) Army Chief of Staff and former theater commander of Iraq, General Casey, is an idiot. He had no idea how to win the war, no idea when to change tactics, so when Bush removed him from Iraq by promoting him to Army Chief, did he get any better? In reaction to the Fort Hood shooting, where a Muslim officer who had been in contact with al-Qaeda leadership jumped up on a table, started shooting his fellow Soldiers, and screaming "ALLAH AKBAR!", Gen. Casey says that "while this was bad, it would be even worse if we sacrificed our diversity because of it." No, numb-nutts, nothing is worse than American Soldiers being murdered by terrorists, and the Army brass being too willfully blind to do anything to stop it from happening again!
But the memoir is a great read.

Obama Releases Birth Certificate!!!
Wow, that only took 3 YEARS!!! You would have figured that he had one of those sitting around from when, I don't know, he had to prove that he was a natural-born American citizen to run for President! Wait, what's that? We don't have anybody that actually checks that? On any of the candidates? Epic fail, America.
But now that he finally coughed it up, I'm good. Yes, I was a Birther. From everything I read about the guy, a lot of things were fishy, and I had legitimate doubts that he was as he said he was.
The guy has had a screwed-up life, beginning with a troubled childhood. One of my authors, Jeff Klitzner, pointed out something interesting: on the birth certificate, it lists Obama's mother's age as 18.
That means there was a good chance that Obama II was conceived by an underage girl being statutorily-raped by a 25 year-old African polygamist. If that's true, that helps explain why the guy has a chip on his shoulder.
I can completely understand why he didn't want to advertise that, if that is the case.
On the political side of things, after 3 years of Senators, Representatives, Governors, talk-show hosts, citizens, etc, asking for his birth certificate, a basic identifier that Obama is qualified for his office, and he gave us the finger.
A couple weeks of Donald Trump laying into him on national television about it: Obama caves. Trump 1, Obama 0.

Listen To What People Actually Say
In politics, in religion, in opinion, there is a considerable effort in place to selectively proclaim innocent the guilty, and condemn the innocent, based on words. When I decry communism to my brother, he somewhat self-righteously says that, "The people you're talking about aren't real communists! They don't follow what Marx said here, and here, and here." In my early college years (the early 2000s), even I was brain-washed into thinking that Islam was the Religion of Peace (Trademarked), despite the historical evidence to the contrary. And for eight years, George W. Bush was Satan incarnate, most loudly shouted by people who claim not to believe in the Devil or God.
Lies and balderdash. When it comes to judging people's intentions and actions, it is best to ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHY THEY SAID THEY DID WHAT THEY DID. I know, crazy, right. Should be obvious, no? It's pretty alien to a lot of people, particularly college-educated folks, who think they have a higher understanding of the nature of things, that everything is really more complicated than how it appears, and the simple answer is usually the wrong one.
For instance, a man on trial for kidnapping, raping, murdering, and then burying the body of an innocent blonde woman (she has to be blonde, or else we'll never hear it on the news) must be intricately psycho-analyzed. Why did he do what he did? What kind of background does he have? Was he abused as a child? A lot of people are relentlessly interested in trying to understand this man, his life story, even to the point of glossing over what he did that got him in court. When trying to understand an other, it's very common to sympathize with them, and eventually try to minimize what they've done.
All of that is a huge waste of time, an assault on common sense, and a devaluing of the victim's ended life. Is it really so hard to believe that this guy was a sicko, couldn't get his rocks off any other way (and every man wants to get his rocks off), so he found a pretty one, forced himself on her, realized she was going to tell if he let her go, then solved that problem. What he didn't realize was that all things done in the dark someday come to light. So which approach makes more sense: doing mental acrobatics to try to rationalize what he did, or see what he did and judge him by his actions?
So, in response to my brother, a number of groups of people call themselves communists, follow the basic outline of what Marx said to do to make the workers' utopia come true, and kill everyone they can that gets in the way are, in fact, communists. They carry it's banner, they fight and die for it, and identify themselves as it. Why disbelieve them?
When it comes to the abominable Satanic cult of Islam, it gets called the Religion of Peace (TM), but that's rather a wordplay. Remember, the mob offers "protection" in exchange for money, but that protection is actually a respite of violence by them towards their victim. In doctrine, Islam does have that exact feature, of protection money, wrapped up in the concept of the dhimmi, in which Jews and Christians can become second-class citizens in Islamic lands in exchange for recognizing that they are worthless human being and for paying money to the Islamic government.
I say, as do many others, that Islam is a religion based on violence and terror bent on enslaving mankind. That's what Mohammed (may he rest in Hell), Ayatollah Khomeinei, Osama ben Laden, the Quran, the imams, and the Muslims who listen at prayer services all say. Some of them will lie to outsiders about it, but lying for the good of Islam is also a sacred practice allowable in the Quran. But once again, judge the tree by it's fruit.
We'll start of mild, in this intimidation tactic aimed at Christians celebrating Easter in Nazareth, a land ruled by an Islamic terrorist regime:
http://www.jihadwatch.org/2011/04/nazareth-banner-hung-near-basilica-of-the-annunciation-says-whoever-seeks-a-religion-other-than-isla.html
How about an Islamic scholar threatening jihadi violence if the government dares make old men marrying underage girls illegal? That's against Islam! Mohammed did it to a 9-year old girl! (her name was Aisha, check out the Quran):
http://www.jihadwatch.org/2011/04/bangladesh-islamic-cleric-threatens-jihad-if-child-marriage-is-banned.html
Or this gleeful plot to televise the mass murder of Christians going to church for Easter services:
http://www.jihadwatch.org/2011/04/indonesia-jihadists-wanted-to-film-broadcast-murderous-church-bombing.html
Or the murder of the heroes of Pakistan, both the Muslim governor Salman Taseer, who pardoned a woman for not saying nice things about Mohammed from receiving the death penalty, and the cabinet minister Shahbaz Bhatti, who was working to eliminate the brutal blasphemy laws from his country. Both peaceful men that only wanted innocent people to not be murdered for following their conscience, murdered in hales of gunfire by pious Muslims.
If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I'm just saying.

George Bush Is Awesome
So I picked up the audiobook of W's memoir, "Decision Points", the other day, and, let me tell you, it's a lot of fun to listen to. Why? First, Bush is pretty damn funny when he cares to be, usually in that "corny-jokes-old-guys-like" kind of way. Second, it is pleasant to listen to Bush talk, because from it you can tell that he's a simple guy, but one that has some sense and perspective to his way of thinking.
While I haven't finished the book yet, I have finished the chapter on Iraq, and that prompted me to share my views on how that all went down. In discussing the mantra, "Bush lied, people died!" that was ubiquitous after the invasion of Iraq, Bush is meek in his response, simply stating that the best intelligence in the world market showed that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction. The same Democrats that would chant the mantra had access to the same intel he did agreeing with his conclusions, and many even voting for the resolution to authorize the President to use force to settle accounts with Saddam. Bush was exasperated that once Saddam had been overthrown, we didn't find many WMDs. Oh sure, we found lots of paperwork proof he had them, and proof that France and Germany had been violating the UN sanctions to make money off Saddam, but not a lot of chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons.
My view on this is that the year plus worth of time Saddam had before we invaded was ample time to move the weapons and materials to Syria and Iran. In Gulf War I, Saddam did actually land planes in Iran to keep them from just being shot out of the sky, and Syria was a relatively friendly regime that would never be upset at having more WMDs at it's disposal. Oh sure, it might not use them, but any of their terrorist puppet-organizations might!
But wait, didn't Saddam say in his debrief with the CIA after his capture admit that he didn't have any weapons, and that he had said he did to intimidate the Iranians? So a known mass-murderer and liar just let himself get overthrown by the US and it's 42 allied nations so he could look tough to Iran? Does that sound like a good line to fall for? I don't think so.
But right now we are seeing the full fruit of the overthrow of Saddam coming to bear in the democratic uprising in the Arab world. Some people confuse the words "democratic" with "freedom-loving", and this is ignorant folly. Democracies are the most complete ways in by which governments can receive input from their people, nothing more. If the people are freedom-loving Buddhists, it will probably be a pacifistic, happy government that looks after its people. If the people are crazed, Jew-hating, misogynistic, pedophiles, then it probably won't work out that well, for that country or any of their neighbors. At the same time, dictators that enforce religious freedom and women's equality at the point of a bayonet is not all bad, in my opinion.
I think Bush was right to overthrow Saddam: Saddam was a prick, had been in violation of the terms of the cease-fire for over a decade, and did provide material support to international terrorist organizations. Once that monarch fell, just as in Europe, the effect was to show the oppressed people of the rest of the Arab world that their kings could bleed, too, and we're watching this unfold before our very eyes. Will this ultimately be a force for good in the world? Time will tell, but given my low opinion of Islam, I have my doubts. And given the incompetent boob we have as Bush's successor, I sincerely doubt it will turn out well for us.
